Ventura Pointe

I strongly discourage renting at this property as the management is highly unprofessional, the grounds are poorly maintained, there is an abundance of dog waste, and the elevators and entrance gates are consistently out of order. Additionally, it is important to note that the ratings for this property are misleading, as the management incentivizes residents to give positive reviews by hosting pool parties and offering gift cards in return. I wish I can give the property a negative 1 star ⭐️

Before I write this post, please know it’s not what I wanted to say. I gave them every opportunity to change our experience, but it hasn’t happened. When we moved in back in May, there were over 10 issues with our apartment, all of which have been documented in emails to management. Of those issues, one was carpet replacement in both bedrooms. The movers we paid for had to leave everything in our living room so the complex could take care of something that should’ve been done before we arrived. Since then, the elevator had been broken 4.5 of the 6 months we’ve been here. I live on the 5th floor. The communication was spotty and I wrote in asking for updates multiple times when we would go WEEKS without hearing anything. This week, the elevator has broken again. We were told that we’d receive communication yesterday as an update and heard nothing. I emailed last night around 10pm so that it would be there for them this morning as a reminder. It’s almost end of business and STILL not a word from management. We had 4 service requests that went over 2 weeks without a word from the complex or team. They finally arrived when we sent a frustrated email to management. This property is beautiful. The management of this property is horrendous. Neither myself nor my roommate have ever experienced such a lack of care in any place we’ve lived. Packages get opened or stolen, people are loud and rude at the pool, pets are allowed to pee on balconies which tricked down to the home below. It’s not worth the price or the view. Edit: The elevator has since been fixed again. It was down for about 2 weeks this time. Noise is an issue I didn’t mention, but it’s a concern if you have small children or work from home. It could just be my neighbor, but I have been interrupted during meeting and woken up at ungodly hours of the morning because of noise here.

I wish I can give this place -5 stars, if you are moving anywhere and the property manager is Erin Balta, run, just run this person had to be the most petty manager I have ever met! takes everything personal and her bad leadership and condescending attitude still reflected in the property even after she is gone. The only luxury here is the rent.

They throw pool party and have you rate 5 starts for prizes and to keep a good rating. do not fall for it!! This place is really going down the hill. Elevator in building 7900 breaks every single week, every single week and works for a few days. There are elderly people, people with babies, strollers,wheelchairs!!!etc that stay above 2nd floor and all the office does is send emails about how sorry they are about the inconvenience!!you got to be kidding me!!! How about "due to the inconvenience " reduce residents rent?. It's been more then 2 months and elevator still not fixed. Since the new manager everything is down the hill.get someone that know what to do in that office

I've been living here for a little over 2 years now and it's been amazing. The staff in the front are awesome. Shara and Erin are always there to help. I still find it amazing how they greet the neighbors by their name and even know the dogs names around here- LOL. Really makes it feel even more like home! Any time maintenance is needed (which has been rare for us)- they fix it immediately and efficiently. They have community events often which is really nice! They just did a Halloween movie night, they had an event for dogs in the beautiful dog park here, painting with wine/snacks, summer parties, and even have weekly food trucks which is so convenient. Reviews are important and always helps me make decisions on where I want to consider living- So I hope this helps. If you're looking for a great place to live, Ventura Pointe is it! :)

I have been in my place for a month now and I am extremely satisfied with my decision. I enjoy all the amenities that I have including the gym, bbq grill, and the huge chess board game. I was a little hesitant about the price but after speaking with Carlos and the way he explained in detail what my rent would include, I was extremely satisfied and moved in immediately. The staff is amazing, my place is awesome, and I have a wine fridge!
